PAYMENT (as of 1/29/2023)
Queen of Vase accepts most major debit and credit cards + PayPal. A free PayPal customer account may be required at checkout, if this option is selected. Once an account has been created, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal payment options page, where you’ll have several payment options. Sales Tax is included in the price of product.
PROCESSESSING
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. To cancel or edit your order, please email us within 24 hours
SHIPPING, PICKUP, & DELIVERY POLICY
VASE ONLY options at check out include:
(1) Free Local Pick Up within San Diego (Downtown Area). Please make sure your email is accurate. Once your order has been confirmed, Queen of Vase will contact you with Local Pickup hours and specific location logistics.
(2) Delivery for a $12 fee within San Diego Co.
(3) $12 Flat Rate for Shipping within the United States, via USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped to the delivery address stated, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. Any international shipping requests will need to be directed to queenofvase@gmail.com. If there is an issue with an incorrect address, please contact queenofvase@gmail.com to correct and re-submit. Queen of Vase is not responsible for any re-shipment costs if there are any incorrect addresses listed upon point of sale.
VASE + CUSTOM FLORAL ARRANGEMENT options at check out include:

PLEASE NOTE. Custom Floral Arrangements will not be shipped anywhere and can only be delivered by hand or picked up locally within San Diego Co. If a custom floral arrangement is purchased and the customer is not able to receive delivery or pick up locally, then Queen of Vase will notify you, requesting confirmation to ship the vase only for the vase only price.
REFUND POLICY
We do not accept refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, as most vases are considered vintage or “second-hand.” If you have any issues or concerns with the quality of the items purchase(s), shoot us an e-mail at contact information below with your order #.
DEFECTS & DAMAGE
We value both the integrity of our vase/flower selection process and your opinion of the matter as a customer.
If an item available for sale on the website has any minor defects or normal wear & tear, we do our best to detail it in the Product Description section, while pricing it appropriately.
Queen of Vase assures a securely packaged product at the point of sale. If a purchased item has arrived with any new damages, a refund may be available. Please send an e-mail with the Order No and any pictures of the damages to the contact info below.
If a purchased item is lost or stolen once the package has been confirmed delivered, Queen of Vase is not liable for any refund or exchanges. Please contact the nearest USPS location for assistance if this situation occurs.
Also, we are not bots. Please reach out if you have any lingering dilemmas with your product.
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions of the queenofvase.com website. In order to continuously improve the business practices, this site may incur changes without notice.
